GS# Solar Tape is a custom butyl tape specifically designed to be used during solar panel installation. This pressure sensitive sealant has excellent sound and vibration absorption, is resistant to mildew, will withstand extreme temperature fluctuations, and is extremely water resistant. GS# Solar Tape typically is used at each roof attachment point to prevent water and moisture from entering through penetrated roofing paper where lag and fasteners get attached to the roofing frame.
