GS# 5 Sealant is a general-purpose butyl tape that remains permanently flexible under expansion and contraction from joint movements. This pressure sensitive sealant has excellent sound and vibration absorption, is resistant to mildew and most soil chemicals, and will withstand extreme temperature fluctuations. GS# 5 Sealant is typically used in automotive sound deadening & body joint/seam sealing, telecommunications, window glazing, metal roofing, trailer & RV, pipe & vault, and HVAC applications.
