GS# 79 Sealant is a non-hardening butyl tape that is certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 -Drinking Water System Components. This pressure sensitive sealant remains permanently flexible under expansion and contraction from joint movements, is resistant to mildew and most soil chemicals, and will withstand extreme temperature fluctuations. GS# 79 Sealant is typically used to seal joints in underground water pipeline as well as many other potable water applications.
