High temperature vacuum bag sealant for plastic film to die when forming plastic laminates and metal bonding. Removes from die after cure while still warm or cool.
Medium temperature vacuum bag sealant for plastic film to die when forming plastic laminates and metal bonding. Removes from die (after cure) when cold.
High temperature vacuum bag sealant for plastic film to die when forming plastic laminates and metal bonding. Removes from die (after cure) hot or cold.
Used primarily to debulk, pressing together multi-layers of material to minimize voids from trapped air during layup of prepregs and fabric.
Lower temperature vacuum bag sealant for plastic to die when forming plastic laminates and metal bonding.Removes from die (after cure) hot or cold.
Medium temperature vacuum bag sealant for plastic film to die when forming plastic laminates and metal bonding. Removes from die (after cure) while hot or cold.
High temperature vacuum bag sealant for plastic film to die when forming plastic laminates and metal bonding.Removes from die (after cure) while hot or cold.
Extra tacky designed for 4-hour cure at 250° to 350°F (121° to 177° C)
Designed for the composite industry to take longer cures and remove cleanly after cure.
A high temperature sealant for vacuum bagging, with excellent initial tack to most films especially Thermalimide film. It is an outstanding high temperature sealant formulated for the aircraft and aerospace industry. Specifically designed to be used in vacuum bag applications that require heat up to 550°F, service temperature is 350° to 550°F. It may also be used in industrial applications.
The highest temperature sealant tape available with good tack. With heat it gets tackier and works to 800°F(427°C). You may want to use a second strip of GS-213-3 or GS-43MR in conjunction with the A-800-3G to seal easily at room temperature. This strip becomes sacrificial at about 450°F(232°C) where the A-800-3G is secure.
